So, here it is:
- 125ml Soy Milk
- 100ml Light Mixed Berry juice
- 3x Tablespoons of Fat Free Strawberry Yogurt (Pick n Pay's brand is really nice!)
- A block or two of ice
- 3 level scoops of Herbalife Formula 1 Vanilla shake powder
