Shake Recipe: Strawberry Berry Bliss

Hi guys, it's been a while since I've posted anything on this blog, so I decided to share with you a really nice recipe I concocted to spruce up my lunch time Herbalife Formula 1 Shake - and whoever said having a shake for lunch (or any other meal for that matter!) has to be a boring affair!

So, here it is:

  • 125ml Soy Milk
  • 100ml Light Mixed Berry juice
  • 3x Tablespoons of Fat Free Strawberry Yogurt (Pick n Pay's brand is really nice!)
  • A block or two of ice
  • 3 level scoops of Herbalife Formula 1 Vanilla shake powder

Shake or blend it up, and enjoy - that makes for a really delicious and healthy meal! If you try it, feel free to leave a comment and let me know what you think!
