Now, since I started with the Herbalife products, my whole view about food has changed. I'm still crazy about stuff like pizza, cheesy pasta and good old fashioned deep fried fish and chips, but with what I learned over the past few months is to know how to enjoy these foods.
I was in a vicious cycle before where I had a few pizzas almost every other day, and it was starting to take its toll. But now, I've made the decision to cut back a bit, and only enjoy the foods I love (especially the more unhealthy ones hehe) every now and again - and I've actually found that I do enjoy having those foods a lot more!
There was still the issue of getting in more fats and oils in than I'm supposed to, but luckily Herbalife has an amazing fibre supplement called Lipobond:
I'm not going to bore you with the details of how it works, but what I want to share is that it "bonds" with between 25 and 30% of the oils and fats in the food you're consuming, helping it pass through your system instead of being absorbed and stored as love-handles or muffin tops! ;)
Sounds too good to be true hey? Well, I actually tried a little experiment once - I added some regular cooking oil to a glass of water, and then crushed two Lipobond tablets, and added it to the glass. In mere seconds the powder bonded with the oil, and it sunk to the bottom.
Now, I know that also sounds too good to be true, so I've decided to make a little video about it:

Anyway, now we always have our Lipo handy when we go out to a restaurant, and also, my wife, Natalie, reports that her stomach doesn't give her issues like cramps when she takes her Lipobond.
In the end, it just helps a lot for us to take the Lipobond when we eat out, so we don't have to feel too guilty for splurging a bit more than we should ;)
